Terms & conditions

Last updated: 3 October 2026

These terms apply to every order placed at www.delfty.com, operated by IDGift B.V. (KvK 57843333, VAT NL852760723B01), Vissenstraat 14, 7324 AL Apeldoorn, the Netherlands.

1. Offer and agreement

All prices are in euros and include Dutch VAT. Shipping costs are shown before you pay. The agreement is concluded once you receive our order confirmation by email. Obvious mistakes in prices or descriptions are not binding.

2. Personalization and your content

You are responsible for the text and images you add, including spelling. You confirm that you have the right to use any uploaded photo and that the content is not offensive or infringing. We may refuse orders that break these rules. Small colour differences between screen and ceramic are normal and not a defect.

3. Payment

Payment takes place at checkout through a secure payment provider. Production starts once payment has been received.

4. Delivery

Orders placed before 16:00 (CET) on a working day are delivered the next working day in the Netherlands. Delivery times are an indication; a delay does not entitle you to compensation, but you may cancel if we exceed 30 days. Risk passes to you on delivery.

5. Right of withdrawal

Personalized tiles are made to your specifications and are excluded from the right of withdrawal. For non-personalized products you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Full details are on our Returns & withdrawal page.

6. Conformity and complaints

Your tile must match your approved preview and be free of defects. Report complaints within 14 days of discovery, preferably with a photo. We reprint, replace or refund. Your statutory rights always apply.

7. Gift cards

Gift cards are valid for at least 2 years, can be used for all products and cannot be exchanged for cash.

8. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned, except in case of intent or gross negligence. Tiles are decorative; we are not liable for damage caused by improper hanging or use.

9. Applicable law and disputes

Dutch law applies. Mandatory consumer protection of your country of residence stays in force. Disputes are submitted to the competent Dutch court, unless the law states otherwise.
