Personalization

Every tile in the shop can be personalized. Open a design, type into the fields and the preview updates live — that preview is exactly what we print.

Leave a field empty to remove that line completely. Capitalisation is printed as you type it.

Tiles are made to order in 2 working days, then sent tracked. Expect 3–5 working days in the Netherlands and Belgium, 4–7 elsewhere in Europe.

Shipping is €4.95, and free on orders over €50.

Personalized items can't be returned once they're fired, which is why we show you the preview before you order.

If a tile arrives damaged or doesn't match your preview, email us a photo within 14 days and we'll remake it.

Can I hang it? Yes — every tile comes with a cotton hanging cord and a small oak stand.

Can I order a photo tile? Yes. After checkout we email a secure link to upload your picture.

Can I order in bulk? For 10 tiles or more, email us and we'll sort a price.

We're a small studio, so there's no phone line — but a real person reads every message.

We store only what we need to make and send your order, and we never sell your data.

Personalization text is kept for 90 days after delivery so we can remake a tile if something goes wrong.

Orders are confirmed when payment is taken. Prices include VAT.

Because every tile is made to order, changes are only possible in the first two hours after ordering.
