Your 14-day right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the EU you can normally cancel an online purchase within 14 days after receiving it, without giving a reason. This applies to non-personalized products, such as gift cards that have not been used and unpersonalized items.

To withdraw, email us within 14 days using the model form below or any clear statement. Send the product back within 14 days after notifying us. We refund the purchase price and standard shipping costs within 14 days of receiving your notice, using the same payment method. Return shipping costs are for your account.

Personalized tiles are excluded

Tiles with your own names, dates, messages or photos are made to your specifications. Under Dutch and EU law (article 6:230p sub f of the Dutch Civil Code) the right of withdrawal does not apply to these products. That is why we always show a live preview before you order: please check spelling and dates carefully.

Damaged, faulty or wrong tiles

Did your tile arrive broken, with a print fault, or different from your approved preview? Send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we will reprint and send it free of charge, or refund you in full. Your statutory rights under consumer law always remain intact.
