IDGift B.V., trading as Delfty, is responsible for processing your personal data as described here, in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
What data we collect
- Order details: name, email address, delivery address and phone number (optional).
- Personalization: the names, dates, messages or photos you put on a tile.
- Gift details: recipient address and gift message, if you send a tile as a gift.
- Usage data: pages visited and device type, via analytics (only with consent).
- Messages you send us by email or the newsletter form.
Why we use it and on what legal basis
- To make, ship and support your order — performance of a contract.
- To keep our records for tax purposes (7 years) — legal obligation.
- To send our newsletter — your consent; unsubscribe at any time.
- To improve the website with analytics — your consent.
- To prevent fraud and keep the site secure — legitimate interest.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice data: 7 years (statutory tax obligation). Personalization content and photos: deleted 90 days after delivery, unless needed for a complaint. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe. Analytics: up to 14 months.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or transfer your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Email hello@delfty.com; we reply within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Security
Our website runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), access to data is limited to people who need it, and we work only with providers that take security seriously.
